An energising class that will teach you correct boxing technique while toning and shaping your entire body in a fast paced fat-burning awesome outdoor class! This class is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. Our qualified boxing trainer will push those that need a challenge and teach beginners correct form so everybody gets the workout they came for. This is an empowering class with a motivating female instructor that will leave you feeling pumped! We ensure everyone gets proper instruction and a great workout.
START YOUR OWN GROUP - WE COME TO YOU! If you would like to start up your own group (with friends/colleagues/mum's group) either doing a one-off class or a regular class for a number of weeks, please click the Start a Group button and we can start up a group specifically for you! All fitness levels are welcome - we provide options so whether you're new to exercise or regularly working out, we tailor the workout to suit the group. We provide all the equipment including boxing gloves and pads (you're welcome to use your own gloves if you prefer) - all you need to bring is water and a little sweat towel. Not suitable for pregnant women.
Start a group! We can come to you at your preferred time/day/location for training - just ask us. Who is the Trainer? We will select a trainer that best suits the needs of your group - check out the Our Team page to read more about our trainers. What do I need to bring? Just a water bottle and a sweat towel - we provide the rest including professional leather boxing gear (you're welcome to bring and use your own gloves if you prefer). Where are the sessions held and what happens in bad weather? We will select a location (or you are welcome to suggest one) with shelter available as training goes ahead in wet weather. Do I need to be really fit? No. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and all levels of experience - your instructor will tailor the class to suit you, so everyone gets a great workout!
