It was over 10 years ago that Belinda joined an outdoor fitness class that would change her life. She so enjoyed watching the PT training her group that she knew this was what she wanted to do. A few years later she followed her heart and became a Certified Personal Trainer.
Belinda's desire is to help others on a road to becoming a healthier and stronger individual, emotionally as well as physically.
Having always been athletic and enjoyed keeping fit herself, she has also been through many personal health trials, so understands the struggles people can go through - she wants to encourage others through those tough days.
Belinda has a wealth of experience training a range of clients from those with medical conditions, to knee and back problems, pregnant women and new mums.
As she continues in her fitness career Belinda undertakes plenty of
research when her clients require certain training - she understands not all training is suitable for everyone and prescribes individualised programs accordingly.
