Movement should feel good and be accessible to everyone — this is Heidi's motto, whether you’re just starting out or an experienced athlete chasing your next goal. Heidi is a lifelong, versatile mover who values functional strength, muscle growth, balance, and body awareness.
After experiencing burnout herself in 2017, Heidi understands how important it is to take care of both body and mind. She combines her passion for movement with mental coaching to support not only your physical progress but also your mindset and wellbeing. Heidi has helped a wide range of clients — from beginners finding their confidence to dedicated athletes pushing their limits. She meets every person as an individual, creating a safe and motivating space where you can grow at your own pace. Whilst coaching her prenatal clients, Heidi places a strong focus on safely maintaining strength during pregnancy and rebuilding it afterwards. She's helped clients recover from diastasis recti (abdominal separation), reconnect with their core, and regain functional strength and control. This often includes breathing work, spinal and pelvic stability, and strengthening the back. With a Bachelor's Degree in Sports, a Vocational Qualification in Sports, and over 10 years of coaching experience, Heidi’s approach is both professional and warm. Whether your goal is to move better, build strength, improve balance, or simply enjoy your training, she’ll help you feel strong, capable, and confident — both in your workouts and everyday life. |
