Health and fitness has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up involved in sport, I quickly developed a passion for movement, performance, and the positive impact training can have on both physical and mental confidence.

Like many women, my relationship with training evolved over time. What started as wanting to stay fit and active became a deeper passion for strength, education, and helping others feel capable and confident in themselves. Through my own experiences with training, sport, injuries, and balancing life’s demands, I came to appreciate that exercise is about so much more than aesthetics — it’s about feeling strong, healthy, empowered, and resilient.

I work with a wide range of clients and athletes, from beginners starting their fitness journey to female athletes focusing on performance, strength, injury prevention, and return to play rehabilitation. I love helping women discover that training doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overwhelming — it can be enjoyable, sustainable, and something that genuinely improves your quality of life.
My coaching style combines strength and conditioning principles with a supportive and personalised approach. Whether your goal is building strength, improving fitness, returning from injury, gaining confidence in the gym, or simply feeling better in your body, I aim to create training that fits into real life and helps you feel your best both physically and mentally.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, alongside my Level 1 Strength and Conditioning accreditation. My education and coaching background allow me to combine evidence-based training methods with practical, realistic coaching that is tailored to each individual.

I love creating a coaching experience that feels approachable, supportive, and empowering for women of all fitness levels. Helping women become stronger, more confident, and more capable is what drives me every day. Seeing clients achieve things they never thought possible — both inside and outside the gym — is the most rewarding part of what I do.
