After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the UK and working in the fashion world for a number of years, Rachel realised her true passion was all things fitness and nutrition.
So she walked out of the corporate world and re-trained as a Personal Trainer in 2014. She couldn't be happier! After several years instructing specialised classes and personal training sessions for women in various gyms in the UK, she has now relocated to Perth, where she is excited to continue passing on her knowledge and love of fitness.
