After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the UK and working in the fashion world for a number of years, Rachel realised her true passion was all things fitness and nutrition.
So she walked out of the corporate world and re-trained as a Personal Trainer in 2014. She couldn't be happier! After several years instructing specialised classes and personal training sessions for women in various gyms in the UK, she relocated to Perth a few years back and has enjoyed passing on her knowledge and love of fitness to her clients.
