“Three months out from my wedding I had picked up my dress and was feeling really depressed about what I was seeing in the mirror. Throughout our sessions my trainer helped me set realistic expectations and motivated and challenged me to push myself and remain on course. “She's a Knockout has helped me begin to transform my life. In the past my weight has rebounded a lot, however, at the end of 2019 my self-esteem and fitness were at their lowest. I decided 6 months ago to try personal fitness with my sister to help kickstart my journey. My trainer has been amazing, she kept us motivated and accountable in achieving our goals.
