I have always been fairly active but after living overseas for 5 years and travelling a lot, I gained weight. I have now been training 2-3 days a week with Ash for about 7 months.
My programme is tailored to my personal needs and Ash takes into account all my injuries and niggles. It’s great to be training outdoors and have a time-flexible trainer who works me way outside my comfort zones, as requested! I am now achieving great results and doing activities I thought I would never be able to do again. My reconditioned knee is now taking all sorts of punishment and I can even do burpees, squats and pushups again! 3 months ago I started a diet plan and with Ashleigh’s encouragement and advice along the way, I have lost 12 kg.
