From a very young age, Yoke was involved in a variety of sports including swimming, martial arts, badminton, and hockey.
It wasn't until her late 20s that she met a fantastic personal trainer who introduced her to resistance training and taught her all about health and fitness. The years she spent training with her PT developed a great love of resistance training and working out and inspired her to become a PT herself. Since then, she's trained and participated in obstacle courses, including the Women’s Doubles in Hyrox 2024. As much as Yoke is passionate about resistance training and loves a good HIIT and circuit session, she's equally as focused on making exercise accessible to everyone, no matter where they are at in their fitness journey. Yoke is a strong believer that exercise shouldn’t be complicated and that it needs to be simple, fun and achievable. Coming into her 40s, Yoke's focus in her training sessions is to empower people, especially women, to take control of their health and feel strong, confident and beautiful. |
