Can you train me at my house?
Yes! We are mobile personal trainers - we will come to you in your home, local park, apartment gym or place of work. Wherever suits you! We cover locations all across Perth.
I'm pregnant / postpartum, can you train me?
Absolutely! We have a number of trainers qualified and experienced in training pregnant and postpartum ladies.
Do I need a gym at home?
No. We will bring all the equipment with us. If you have a gym or pieces of equipment you'd like to incorporate into the session, we can certainly do that.
I have injuries. Can I still do Personal Training with you?
Yes. We have trainers specialised in rehabilitation that can program with your injuries in mind to ensure you are safe (and reaching your goals) while training with us.
What style of PT do you do?
We will match a trainer to you based on your goals and preferred style of training. We write individual programs and take into account your likes/dislikes. You can expect plenty of variety at our sessions - we like to keep things fresh so you don't get bored.
Can my husband/partner train with me?
Yes!
Can you train my young teenage daughter?
Yes. We currently have a number of girls aged 11-16 training with us.
Can you help me with my diet?
Yes. Although personal trainers are not (legally) allowed to write individualised meal plans, we can certainly take a look at your current dietary intake and make suggestions for where tweaks can be made to support your goals. We can provide you with healthy eating guidelines and recipes too so you know you're on the right track. There is no additional cost for this.
How much does it cost?
We have a range of pricing options depending on how often you'd like to train, whether you'd like to train by yourself or with a friend and how long you'd like your sessions to be. All pricing details can be found here.
If I purchase a block of 12 sessions at the discounted rate, do I have to use them in consecutive weeks?
No. We can put your training on hold at any time when required i.e. holidays, sickness, baby due date etc.
Is it safe to train at the moment during COVID 19?
Yes! Our trainers have always had high standards of cleanliness and hygiene with hands and equipment being disinfected before, during and after each client. All trainers have undergone Infection Control Training - COVID 19 and keep the required distance from clients.
I'm in isolation due to COVID 19 - can I still train with you?
Yes! We have online training sessions available so you can train via skype from the comfort of your home. All you need is an internet connection, a small area to move and a laptop/tablet/computer and we can train with you in real time. Whether you have a full gym set up or no equipment at all, we can tailor a program to your specific needs.
Are men able to participate in the corporate training groups?
Yes. The majority of our corporate groups are a mix of male and female.
