Having our trainer rock up at our door 3 times a week for the last 8 weeks has helped us get back on track with our fitness goals for the year. Incredibly flexible with what worked for us - our trainer revised a whole session on the spot one morning when we let her know we weren't up for cardio that day and has even help keep our new puppy distracted while we train!

"I first decided to try this out because I found I was always making excuses going to the gym and generally feeling pretty unmotivated in being active. But working with Jemima has been amazing! The exercise has always the right amount of challenge, and I always feel great after I finish it. She's always on time, very reliable and super nice (doesn't mean she won't push you!). "Ash is the most amazing trainer! We began personal training through She's A Knockout, late 2018 and enjoyed it but had a break for a few months following departure of the trainer we had at that time. Then in April 2019, Amanda connected us with Ash and we haven't looked back! You don't know what you're missing until you train with Ash. She's always prepared with an excellent variety of workouts, keeping things fresh and new. Ash knows how to challenge us, so we get the best out of the session, but knows the limit perfectly. She considers our strengths but also areas that we want and need to work on and tailors the sessions accordingly. Since training with Ash, we've become more motivated, joining and going to the gym a few times a week also, which we never thought we'd do. We feel like our confidence, strength and fitness has improved and can see this in the results. Our resting heart rate has lowered, reps in squats and push ups have increased significantly, we've increased in the time we can hold a plank and have seen reductions in body measurements across all body areas! "At 5 months postpartum with my second baby and toddler at home, I was doing full time uni and feeling so completely drained and exhausted all the time. I wanted to get back into regular fitness training to see if it helped with my energy levels but i knew that getting out of the house was going to be difficult.
After contacting Amanda from 'She's a Knockout' she immediately set me up with my PT, I started my sessions 2 days later and its made the BIGGEST difference.
My trainer made sure the programs have always been catered to what I wanted (strength based training) and they were always challenging but never overwhelming. She is consistently reliable, timely, always has a session prepared and is pleasant to train with.
My baby is usually awake for the sessions and my trainer is always happy to adjust the exercises if my bub needs to be held while I'm doing them. I initially signed up for 12 sessions (3 times a week) but have just booked on for another 24 as the change in my energy levels, mood, strength and mental health has been so fantastic.
My trainer has also been very respectful that I wanted these sessions to be focussed purely on improving my energy levels, strength and mental health and has made sure that we haven't focussed on weight loss as my goal as I wanted to develop a healthy relationship with exercise that is about supporting my body in everything it does rather than punishing it to make it smaller!
I have been provided with a way to commit to regular exercise that I look forward to and I can feel the benefits of. Highly recommend!" - Bonnie
