Emily has always been active, from gymnastics and trampolining throughout her childhood to these days being heavily involved in CrossFit.
Helping women make a difference in their lives by sharing her passion and knowledge for health and fitness is what drives Emily. She loves helping her clients find a way of exercising that is enjoyable and sustainable, while still working towards achieving their health and fitness goals.
Emily understands it's not always physical barriers but also mental barriers that limit people from exercising and maintaining
a healthy lifestyle - whether that be a chronic injury/
medical condition, busy schedule or lacking confidence - Emily will
work closely with you to overcome this limiting barrier. She tailors your workout program to suit your individual needs, goals and
fitness level so that you'll get a great workout in
a safe and effective manner while increasing your confidence.
A stickler for good technique, Emily believes that having proper form/correcting form is the number one priority in any workout to achieve any fitness goal and to prevent injuries.
Emily's workouts can include anything from strength training and technical lifting to circuit and metabolic conditioning styled workouts, core work and mobility training.
