Having completed a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences and with extensive experience in exercise prescription, exercise delivery, sports coaching and catering to a variety of abilities, Lisa is excited to help you on your own exercise journey!

She designs personalised sessions that fit busy schedules and focus on strength, fitness, and overall wellbeing.
