After working many years in the corporate world she had a sea-change moment and decided to follow her passion! She never looked back.
Working as a Personal Trainer for the last 6 years she has been lucky enough to work with some amazing clients and organisations. Julie enjoys learning and keeping her skills up to date.
Her philosophy on Fitness is making exercise and nutrition an easy lifestyle choice. She helps her clients discover what style of exercise suits them, so it becomes easy for them to include it in their everyday life, along with healthy food choices.
Julie loves her job, not only because she gets to do what she is passionate about and share this enthusiasm with her clients, but also being able to help make positive changes to the health and fitness of her local community.
