You don't need to be a tech genius to train online. All you need is a screen, an internet connection and a small space to move around and you're ready to go! We can train on any platform that suits you i.e. Skype, Zoom, Whatsapp, FaceTime etc. Whether you have a home gym set up or no exercise equipment at all, we can tailor a session just for you. We'll set specific goals with you and track your progress, motivating you every step of the way to make sure you reach your goals. Our experienced trainers will tailor your sessions to your specific needs including pregnancy, postpartum, weight loss, injuries, muscle definition, rehabilitation and stress reduction. No time? Try an express 45 minute workout - shorter, more intense workouts designed specifically for time-poor women with busy lives that need a full-on workout in less time! Keeping costs down?
