Fran has had a love for the benefits of exercise from her early teens, keeping fit with running and high energy workouts.
Previously working as a registered nurse, she decided to combine her love for helping people with a passion for fitness and became a qualified personal trainer after she moved from the UK to Australia 3 years ago.
Fran has worked with many different types of clients since become a personal trainer but has found a real passion for helping newcomers to fitness, and especially those new to resistance training.
Fran has completed a specialist qualification in training Pre and Postnatal women, helping women stay strong throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Fran's own training includes running and the high energy workouts she has always loved, but now also includes training consistently with weights, which have helped her gain strength both mentally and physically. Seeing how fitness has changed her life means that helping clients to develop their own passion for fitness and reaching their goals is what Fran loves best about being a personal trainer.
