Abbey’s passion for health & fitness began when she decided to train for a bodybuilding competition for the WBFF. This is where her love for strength & conditioning training really took off. She joined a high-performance strength & conditioning gym where she learnt the depths of strength training, elite level techniques and expanded her knowledge of training and nutrition.
Abbey has been coached by some elite level coaches who have supported her growth as a coach so that she can help her clients achieve incredible results through their training, nutrition and mindset.
She loves seeing the progress her clients make every week and enjoys creating a fun, genuine and supportive space for her clients to succeed in their training and in their mindset. Having worked with a range of clients both face to face and online, Abbey can customise training sessions to accommodate any injuries or weaknesses her clients may have.
