Klara has always loved sports and movement since she was a young child, playing basketball until 18 years old. Exercise has been a big part of her life.
She has stayed active and fit through her adulthood, but her first pregnancy and complications that came with it have driven her more into fitness and learning about body function.
She decided she wanted to help more women through this journey in order to achieve their best potential, so she became a qualified prenatal and postnatal coach.
Klara's workouts are a mix of functional training and strength & conditioning with attention to correct movements and changing the wrong patterns.
She wants her clients to find exercise fun and to be able to push themselves to new levels to become healthier and stronger versions of the women they are.
