Joely has been passionate about strength and fitness since the age of seven, when she first had a dream of going to the Olympics (which unfortunately did not come true). However,
along her journey as a (somewhat) elite athlete, she has found a love for helping others reach their strength and fitness goals through exercise. Her love of health and helping others lead her to complete a bachelor of science – specialising in exercise and sport science. From here she gained experience with personal training and group fitness in a corporate gym where she worked as a trainer for over a year. She has since begun working in a private girl’s school as a strength and conditioning coach, developing and running strength programs for female students. As a trainer, she strives to help every individual in their fitness journey, no matter their background or walk of life. She believes strength and fitness can not only change a person physically, but can create confidence and improve mental health significantly. |
