Carly has always lived an active life, a competitive swimmer until the age of 15 with one of her most memorable moments being competing in the nationals for a 10km ocean swim. She first stepped into a gym when she was 16 years old and has never looked back.
Carly is passionate about resistance training and loves challenging her clients to build a strong body and keep making progress in their sessions, whatever that looks like. While she is a huge fan of weight lifting, she believes there is a form of exercise out there for everyone and it is just a matter of finding something that you enjoy, but also challenges you.
Carly believes that all women should feel strong, confident and happy within themselves and it is her goal to help as many women feel this way as possible.
