Certified Personal Trainer
Having worked as a Personal Trainer in Perth and Sydney since 2019, Amy has run mobile personal training sessions for individuals, couples, friends and families (including teenagers). She is known for fun HIIT sessions, strength and body weight training.
Amy trains people at all fitness levels. Her programs are tailored to each client’s unique goals and fitness levels. She finds when clients learn the correct techniques, they build confidence in their body’s ability to move and strengthen.
Amy has always led an active lifestyle, playing netball from an early age then discovering group fitness and yoga classes. At 18 Amy started regular gym training and from there grew a real passion for working out. Amy loves to see her clients develop the same joy for fitness.
Creating an environment where clients feel welcomed is what Amy does best - she will inspire you to develop a passion and love for exercise.
