A passionate personal trainer who enjoys working with clients that are new to working out or hesitant to start a regiment, Justine's mission is to help people feel strong, confident, and most of all, happy.
During her fitness career she has trained in many different sports including Muay Thai, kickboxing, bodybuilding, powerlifting and strength and conditioning. She is highly skilled in assessing proper form and targeting the right muscles when training. Training sessions with Justine are always fun and challenging, but working at the appropriate fitness level for her client. She will constantly be there to guide and motivate you during your sessions, keeping every workout varied and enjoyable. You will find her to be extremely patient and understanding, approachable and educating. Her goal is to help her clients achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle, while achieving their goals in a safe and practical way. |
