This is an empowering class with a motivating female instructor that will leave you feeling pumped! You will:
🥊 learn correct boxing technique
🥊 tone and shape your entire body
🥊 lower your stress levels
🥊 increase your confidence and coordination
Our experienced boxing trainer will push you if you need a challenge or teach beginners correct form, so everybody gets a great workout.
We provide all the equipment including boxing gloves and pads (you're welcome to use your own gloves if you prefer) - all you need to bring is water and a little sweat towel.
Not suitable for pregnant women.

No. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels and all levels of experience from beginner to advanced -
