From a young age Ash has always had a love for sport and exercise.
She played and coached netball over a span of 15 years and led a very active lifestyle in a range of physical activities.
After finishing high school Ash decided to follow her passion in health and fitness and complete a Personal Training course - she never looked back!
Since 2015 Ash has worked in the industry training clients of all ages and fitness abilities.
Ash specialises in weight loss and muscle toning through a range of training styles including weight training, HIIT and functional training.
Having worked with a range of clients over the years, Ash can tailor her workouts to anyone, including pregnant and postpartum clients.
Her clients thrive on the tough workouts and she stands by the fact a little bit of sweat and hard work always pays off!
