From a young age Baylee was always active, playing netball and dancing every chance she got. At age 12 she began teaching dance to young kids, enjoying it so much she continued teaching until she was 18.
When she stopped dancing she wanted something to keep her active, so joined the local gym. Little did she know she would fall in love with training and turn it into her career.
Baylee is extremely passionate about helping people live a healthy lifestyle and educating them on how to make the process enjoyable, while still getting results.
As a coach Baylee's goal is to build her client's confidence, enable them to make healthy lifestyle choices and help them understand that consistency is better than perfection!
Baylee wants to be there every step of the way and be the support she wished she'd had when she started her own fitness journey.
Baylee enjoys a mixture of strength training and HIIT circuit training and is currently studying performance nutrition.
