Bree always loved leading an active lifestyle, but becoming a Mum was the catalyst to finally pursue her passion as a coach. In 2016 she switched 10 years of corporate life to become a PT and has never looked back!
Particularly passionate about positive body image and Women’s Health, becoming a certified Pre & Post Natal Coach while pregnant with bub number 2, Bree is currently completing her GGS 1 Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification. Her aim is to be your “go to” ladies coach throughout the many complex stages of womanhood. A big fan of functional strength training and a good old sweaty HIIT sesh, Bree loves to help her clients reach their goals through motivating and interactive sessions and empowers them with the tools they need to make positive lifestyle choices in between. Her philosophy is that living your best life is about balance and this is best achieved when we are active, strong, thriving and having FUN!
