Free Dietary Analysis*

 Dietary analysis can provide a lot of answers about your current health status.  It's a great tool to see those areas of nutrition that may be missing in your diet and the foods that could be causing you problems.  What you eat is incredibly important in giving your body the ability to function well and by knowing what your diet may be lacking, you can make big changes to your health and wellness.  

Complete the form below providing a detailed 3 day account of your diet, including quantities in grams or cups, and we will analyse it -  within 7 days we will provide you with an analysis of your nutrient intake based on your diet during that period (try to eat and live as you normally would during this time). 

*This analysis is provided free to all clients who purchase either a 6, 12 or 24 session personal training package during November (sessions do not have to be used in November).  Personal training packages are all sold at discounted rates - details can be found on the Personal Training page here.   Alternatively, details on our mobile Nutrition Consultations can be found here.​
