Results come from consistency, so regular check-ins are critical to ensuring ongoing improvement. It is recommended that you have a follow up appointment between 2-3 weeks after your initial appointment as it takes 21 days to break a habit and form a new one. Reviews will run 30-45mins, depending on results from initial consultation.
