Growing up, Jemima was always active, competing in gymnastics and netball for a number of years. When in later years sports took second place to studies, Jemima soon discovered the impact her physical inactivity was having on her physical and mental health and knew she had to find new ways to keep active.
Jemima turned to yoga and regular exercise either at home or the local gym and immediately fell in love with it. Since her fitness career began she has learnt an incredible amount about what it means to be a fitness coach, but wanting to further educate herself she began studying a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition.
An enthusiastic trainer, Jemima is passionate about helping people change their lives and reach their fitness goals. Her aim is to coach her clients to build the knowledge and confidence to find balance in making healthy choices from a positive, self-loving mindset. Jemima strongly believes in striving for progress, not perfection, and this is reflected in every workout.
