Jen has always been surrounded by physical activity, whether it was competitive swimming in primary school, soccer in high school or rowing at University. Since finishing University Jen has geared herself more towards resistance-based gym workouts to feel stronger, HIIT classes and outdoor cardio based workouts!
Since starting her fitness journey she has gained so much knowledge. By far, the biggest lesson she has learnt is the massive positive impact exercise and eating well can have on your mental well-being!
Having worked in the industry for a while now, Jen is more interested in the rehabilitation side of the industry and will be commencing a Physiotherapy degree in early 2022.
Jen's aim with clients is to familiarise themselves with exercise and build up confidence, which in turn will have a positive impact on both their physical and emotional well-being. This does not mean easy workouts by any means, she will create friendly yet challenging environment. Not to forgetting of course, ensuring you have fun!
When she's not motivating clients and friends through exercise, you’ll find her surrounded by the ocean. Whether it’s going for a refreshing dip, surf, snorkel or a scuba dive!
