Originally from New Zealand, Kate carries a wealth of experience and has gained invaluable knowledge from years of training clients both nationally and internationally.
She’s been on an adventure that’s had her training corporate groups in Sydney, running CrossFit sessions in New Zealand and training Princesses in Abu Dhabi. Kate grew up heavily involved in sport, representing NZ (South Island) in Hockey, Touch Rugby, Volleyball and Cricket.
After many years of successfully helping clients achieve their training and lifestyle goals, Kate believes that whilst training our physical bodies is essential for longevity, physical training only makes up for one aspect of our overall well-being, and to cultivate optimal wellness and truly live a fulfilled life, it’s imperative we encompass other aspects of wellness such as our emotional, spiritual, social and intellectual well-being.
Kate has a strong passion for being of service to people and there is nothing she enjoys more than the challenge of analysing and providing solutions for her clients health and fitness goals whilst sharing her training knowledge and experiences to educate and inspire them in creating lasting change. She loves building positive and trusting relationships with her clients and being their ongoing support that she feels is imperative for every journey towards bettering ourselves.
No matter the goals of her client, Kate carefully creates a specific and measurable program, tailored towards their goals. Their program is designed to measure ongoing progress and to provide feedback for any adjustments required to ensure her clients stay on track and keep progressing forward. She also understands that as women, we go through our seasons, so it’s important to adapt and adjust accordingly to our body’s needs. She also understands when her clients just need a little kick up the butt sometimes in getting the job done!
Kate specialises in helping women increase their confidence by utilising both strength and cardio training, helping to increase overall body strength, and as a by-product, lose body fat and enhance mental resilience.
