When she first walked into the gym at age 15, Kaylie was hooked.
Competing in her first bikini body building show in 2015 then making the national team in 2016, she knew fitness was what she was meant to do with her life. Kaylie became a qualified personal trainer following this and began working predominantly with women in both Perth and Sydney, running HIIT, circuit and reformer pilates classes, and working one on one with women specialising in strength training. Kaylie loves working to help other people change their lives, build their confidence and be the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. |
