Keesha's passion for health and fitness started when she was selected for the Australian Women's Ice Hockey Team. Keesha enjoyed training and competing all over the world. The first thing she did when she left high school was get her Personal Training and Master Trainer certificates.
With her experience training women over the last 5 years, Keesha believes that living a healthy, active lifestyle is incredibly important for your physical and mental health. It's a life long journey and Keesha plans to educate and encourage everyone to start living a healthier lifestyle by using her positive and energetic personality to motivate you in a session, and her knowledge to personalise the session specifically to you and your goals.
Keesha is excited to learn of your goals and help you begin your fitness journey. She enjoys coaching all styles of exercise and can work around any injuries, pregnant women and new mums.
