With years of experience as a PT and small group fitness coach, Kirsty has a real passion for working with women and thrives on helping them see how a fit and healthy lifestyle makes them feel both internally and externally.
As a wife and mother of 2 primary school aged boys she discovered first-hand the benefits of mobile personal training. After the birth of her first son, she engaged a mobile PT twice per week to train her in her home while her 7 month old baby slept (or cried!). She helped her get back to a place where she felt super confident to walk down the aisle and marry her now husband.
Mobile Personal Training is such a good option – especially for all the super busy women!
Many women believe they should be doing excessive amount of cardio to get the body they want, but Kirsty feels this just is not true. She wants to help educate you on why resistance training is so important and how it will not make you “big and bulky”, as so many women believe!
Life is busy and women are finding it harder and harder to fit exercise in around their schedules. It doesn’t have to be this way! With the right plan and tools, Kirsty can help you get to where you want to be, and slot it right into your busy schedule.
Kirsty's workouts focus on a combination of resistance/ strength, cardio and core exercises. She has helped numerous women lose excess kgs, tone and shape their bodies, and gain body confidence with her workouts and guidance.
She's very big on executing correct exercise technique and will guide you to ensure everything is done correctly, and avoid any potential injuries that often come from using incorrect technique.
Kirsty has experience training women pre/ post-partum, and beyond.
