With a strong passion for health and fitness, Lauren decided on a career within the fitness industry and began her Personal Training journey over 10 years ago. 
Lauren has experienced a wide range of training types from resistance and body weight to high intensity, all the way through to heavy strength training. Keeping this in mind, when developing clients programs Lauren is able to adapt training styles to meet the individuals goals and capabilities.

Lauren enjoys sharing her knowledge on health and fitness and finds that this also plays a major part in a client's confidence and understanding, not only in training but a lifestyle around healthy living.
