Liz
Certified Personal Trainer
Infection Control Training - COVID 19
Exercise for Liz was just part and parcel of growing up in a family of 10 children who were all sports mad!
Liz has played netball, cricket and tennis for as long as she can remember but when a family of her own came along, Liz moved away from sports and was introduced to the gym. She loved the feeling a structured program gave her with regards to her physical and mental health, as well as the social outlet of meeting others who wanted to improve their health and fitness.
Whilst Liz has always been active in exercise participation for herself and the community, as soon as Liz began studying the Master of Personal Training she knew straight away that this was what she was born to do…help others get fit and healthy and change their lives for the better.
So after completing the 133km Cape to Cape hike from Dunsborough to Augusta with her husband, Liz decided to leave her full time University lecturer career and embark on what she truly loved - helping others with their health and fitness goals.
Liz likes to motivate and inspire others through positive encouragement and monitored feedback. She loves the great outdoors and still enjoys playing tennis, long walks along beach trails, kayaking and hiking.
