Fitness has always been a priority for Maddison.
Growing up she was involved in a variety of sports including dance, netball, horse riding, swimming and athletics. The second she left high school she joined the gym and got herself a personal trainer - her love for fitness only grew.
Becoming a personal trainer herself was therefore a natural progression as she’s been able to transform her passion for physical activity into a career.
Helping others achieve their fitness goals and feel amazing about themselves both physically and mentally is what she strives for, whilst simultaneously providing them with extensive knowledge that can be applied in their daily lives.
