From her youth, Raquel has always been motivated to get outdoors, be active and compete in sporting teams. She completed her Exercise and Sport Science degree and her Personal Training qualifications with a view to helping people achieve their fitness goals.
With strong skills in strength and conditioning, fat loss and rehabilitation Raquel has worked with professional athletes in Tennis Australia (elite squads) and West Perth Football Club.
Raquel keeps herself fit playing hockey, strength training and running. Her style of training involves high intensity intervals, functional movement and mobility - all of which can lead to a happy and healthy body!
She loves working with people and helping them achieve their goals and strongly believes that with self-belief and determination, any goal can be reached!
