It all began when she was just 18 - Rheanna instantly fell in love with an active lifestyle after joining her local MMA gym. She decided she wanted to change her life around and push herself to her limits. Everything came naturally afterwards - she quickly learned the importance of not only eating well and exercising, but keeping a sound mental and physical wellbeing too. Inspired by her personal trainer, Rheanna decided to make her newfound lifestyle a career choice, so she could help guide others in the right direction, just as she had been herself.
Her career has found her helping a diverse and broad range of clients from rehab to sports specific training, but her passion has always been fixed on strength training and her sport (MMA). Rheanna believes nothing is more empowering than possessing the mindset to become a strong independent woman. Helping provide this platform to her clients is the most rewarding part of her career.
Rheanna strives to bring out the best in her clients by creating a vibrant but focused atmosphere, while closely concentrating on the technical aspects of each movement. She combines high intensity and strength-based workouts alongside a behavioural approach to nutrition to help clients achieve their goals. She believes that by educating people through all the main pillars of a healthy lifestyle, a solid foundation is created for them to become the best version of themselves.
