Sarah has always had an interest in fitness and sport, having played netball and basketball at state levels throughout her child and teenage years.
She fell in love with fitness back in 2012 when she decided to become a personal trainer and immediately wanted to share her passion with her clients.
Throughout her career she has had many successful client transformations and continues to push her knowledge further with ongoing education and training.
Sarah believes that finding time for yourself and your health is very important and having most recently qualified as a Mobility Trainer, believes mobility is a fundamental part of not only exercise and movement, but everyday life. Especially leading into our senior years.
Experienced in training both pre and postnatal clients, she is currently furthering her study in this field.
