Cancel/reschedule your upcoming PT bookings in advance
Add your credit card details to have training payments deducted automatically(rather than receiving weekly-possibly-slightly-annoying emails requesting payment) - See link below for details
Keep track of your measurements/progress photos/fitness testing (if you're into that, it's not compulsory!)
