From a young age Bethan has always had a passion for Health & Fitness, starting as a dancer and sprinter. Believing you must do what you love every day, Bethan decided to study personal training and has never looked back. Always researching new and exciting aspects of the industry to stay up to date and give her clients fun, varied and rewarding workouts, Bethan only prescribes workouts to her clients she has completed herself – this gives her confidence in the effectiveness of her training programs.
Bethan is experienced in training people of all abilities from kid’s bootcamps to post natal pregnancy to functional movement for the elderly all the way through to high intensity intervals and boxing sessions. She pushes herself to the limits in her own training whether it be in the weights room, obstacle races, military style bootcamps or competing in the state powerlifting championship.
Bethan is a huge advocate that ‘an active life is a happy life’. She loves seeing the positive changes in her client’s lives from training with her, becoming fitter, stronger, healthier and happier within themselves. This is why she loves what she does.
