1 and 1/2 raw beetroot (small) peeled and chopped
1 garlic clove
150g tinned chickpeas drained and rinsed
juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon
4 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp tahini
salt, to taste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Throw everything in the food processor and blend to a thick and creamy consistency. Enjoy! x
