Having always loved movement and the creativity that can come along with it, even as a child Kasse taught Aerobics to her imaginary participants in her bedroom :) Playing netball and being involved in the swimming club, exercise has always been a part of her life. As a teenager she attended her first circuit style class and has been hooked on training ever since.
Kasse believes resistance training should be part of every woman's routine, as the benefits are life changing and can be incorporated in a way that is enjoyable.
She believes it's not just about moving, it is about being able to move well, especially as we age! Therefore mobility is a strong focus in her client's overall training
Kasse likes to include some kind of fun element into her client's training along with a challenge and always ending with a purposeful recovery.
